Workrise is hiring a Senior Associate, Client Operations that will be responsible for day-to-day operational support for our Clients. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a passion for delivering value-add customer engagement, and is able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

What you’ll be doing:- Support the onboarding process for our clients, which includes but is not limited to collecting and reviewing documentation, maintaining accurate client records, and translating client requirements into actionable next steps for our operations teams
- Understand the full client journey and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout their lifecycle, providing best-in-class customer service
- Develop expertise in relevant product and service offerings, delivering a diverse range of services to meet client needs
- Manage documentation materials for internal stakeholders and clients (onboarding documentation, videos, user training, etc)
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline and improve the overall client experience
What you should have:
- At least 2 years work experience in a customer-facing Customer Success, Account Management, and/or Implementation role
- Must have HS degree/GED. BA/BS is preferred.
- Proven track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-orientation, taking ownership of customer issues and driving to resolution
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business in hyper-growth environment, while maintaining focus on clients and their needs
