The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in media planning and budget management, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

General Description:

  • Manage the execution of multiple projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Maintain full funnel media budget, providing a roadmap of spend allocation across activities to achieve yearly targets and leading quality assurance across all plan inputs
  • Create flowcharts to visualize and document the media plan process
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, and manage projects to those plans, including test and learn roadmaps
  • Accountable for omni-channel campaign performance, managing spend and budget allocation, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Partner with analytics to develop, maintain and QA performance dashboards
  • Assist in trafficking, tracking and reporting of online campaigns
  • Handle billing and invoicing for media accounts, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for, and resolve discrepancies within the billing process as they arise
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and escalate as necessary
  • Work closely with project team members to provide support and guidance, and ensure that they have the resources and information they need to be successful

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of digital media experience with analytical responsibilities spanning test & learn agendas, reporting of results and incrementality testing
  • Experience with managing budgets for multiple media channels
  • Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
  • Outstanding analytical skills and experience in media plan optimization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Self-motivated and like to learn new tools and technology
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with background in project management
