Maven Clinic is seeking a creative, mission-driven person to join our Clinical Innovation team. The Senior Associate will play a critical role in helping design, validate, and continuously improve Maven's care model to close gaps and inequities in access to evidence-based care and drive positive member outcomes at scale.
As Senior Associate, Clinical Programs at Maven, you will:
- Research and interpret academic literature and clinical guidelines to identify opportunities to close gaps and inequities in care through digital health services
- Support with primary data collection and exploratory analyses to inform program design in collaboration with Product and Clinical Research
- Monitor and evaluate clinical programs to track performance and identify opportunities for quality improvement
- Clearly communicate program results and updates with cross-functional partners
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of clinical programs and processes, including tracking program changes over time
- Support clinical innovation leadership with high priority, strategic initiatives to evolve Maven's care model and drive outcomes for members
We're looking for you to bring:
- Minimum of 3+ years experience working in healthcare innovation, research, and/or start-up environments
- Strong experience with background research and literature reviews; ability to effectively synthesize research and clinical guidelines into actionable recommendations
- Strong analytic skills and ability to identify key insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness (experience with Looker or other business intelligence tools preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, highly organized self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency
- Trusted, team player looking to drive success in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of key trends in the healthcare and health tech industries, particularly in women's and family health
- Experience with human-centered design methods
- Demonstrated ability to work with a relatively high level of independence in a startup and/or virtual care delivery organization including some experience and/or exposure working with clinical leadership
For candidates in NYC, CA, or CO, the salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000 per year. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
