Senior Associate, Creative Project Management

Alma is looking for a Senior Associate, Creative Project Management to join our growing in-house creative team. You’ll be responsible for facilitating the production of in-house creative, keeping projects on track, organized, and moving smoothly from kick off to asset delivery. Reporting to the Creative Project Manager, the Senior Associate, Creative Project Management will sit on the Creative Team, field requests from the Marketing Team, including growth, lifecycle, product marketing, and brand functions. 
This person should be comfortable serving as a partner and collaborator to supervise timelines, schedule meetings, and identify and help fill creative resourcing needs. The ideal candidate is well organized, good at taking initiative, and excited about the prospect of improving processes that optimize the way we work as a team. You’re familiar with the creative environment and comfortable building on and shaping creative ideas to bring them to life. You love problem solving and collaboration and will have the skill to both make the right decisions and communicate them convincingly.

What you’ll do:

• Own production of creative projects throughout all stages: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure 
• Work on projects ranging from brand campaigns and dedicated emails, to print and digital ads, to web design and video production
• Manage the Marketing Request Asana board: track initiatives from start to finish while keeping abreast of upcoming milestones
• Build project timelines and consolidate and deliver creative feedback
• Monitor and track team bandwidth and sprint performance 
• Schedule and run creative kick off meetings and project retrospectives
• Help with resourcing and managing freelance vendors and partners
• Craft relevant documentation: proposals, review scopes of work, budgets, etc.
• Build and/or iterate on processes that support the creative team’s cross-functional work

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of working experience (in-house or agency) as a creative production associate,  junior producer or junior project manager
• You are an excellent communicator across multiple departments and disciplines 
• You have experience in Project Management tools such as Asana, WorkFront, JIRA, or similar platforms
• You are comfortable crafting clarity out of ambiguity in a high growth environment
• You are organized, with acute attention to detail 
• You have a strong ability to problem-solve through project challenges 
• You have strong leadership skills: empathetic, flexible, resilient, assertive 
• You are passionate about Alma's mission and the future of mental health care

Salary Band: $75,000 - $100,000
