Required Skills:
• Good working knowledge in writing complex SQL queries
• Good knowledge of ETL tools - Talend/Ab Initio preferred
• Good knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes environment
• Excellent analytical / problem solving skills.
• Strong software development and debug/troubleshooting skills
• Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to the organization's use of the software applications
• Advanced skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
• Prior Production Support experience
• Good knowledge of database programing and data modeling is plus
• Working knowledge of Gitlabs, Jira, AWS console (cloudwatch) and incident management systems like ServiceNow and/or PagerDuty
• Experience working in a regulated industry, knowledge of finance or insurance a plus

• Effective in building relationships with all functional units of the organization
• Working ability to effectively recognize and manage interpersonal communication needs
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Works under pressure and is able to manage competing priorities
• Meets or exceeds expectations on process turnaround for assigned tasks and follow ups, and issue resolution to closure
• Effective communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written; and ability to communication on all levels of the organization
