Job Description
The Senior Associate is responsible for program- and project-level execution support on a maximum of four accounts.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Keeps teams on task for deliverables.
- Writes content for organic and paid social media and digital ads, executes paid social and digital campaigns.
- Moderates client social media accounts and social listening queries.
- Research influencers and brand advocates.
- Analyzes data, extracts insights, and reports back to the team to inform strategy and tactics.
- Has an active voice on client accounts.
- Stays up to date on the broader digital and social media landscape and informs teams on platform updates and trends.
- Informally coaches entry-level colleagues.
- Hones both client and people management skills.
- Understands INK's client markets and can ramp up quickly on new ones.
- Participates in INK's professional development program, hones digital expertise, and gains insight into other marketing specializations.
- Embodies all of INK's values, especially Energy (go the extra mile for our clients, colleagues, and craft), Effectiveness (results that matter), and Evolved (always learning and applying new knowledge).
- Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, agency experience preferred
- Experience executing paid social media and digital advertising campaigns, preferred
- Experience in technology and/or renewable energy, preferred
- Excellent writing and clear communication skills
- Well-organized, skilled multitasker, and resourceful problem-solver
- Ability to organize and manage tasks and priorities on multiple clients
- Experience working on and playing a leadership role on teams
- Desire to be coached and to learn and grow in a digital marketing career
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and personal accountability
