Senior Associate, Digital Media

This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The Senior Associate of Digital Media will manage the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of New York Life Direct's digital media channels. Channels include affiliate, remarketing, prospect email and display acquisition programs.
Responsibilities:• In this role you will interface with media vendors and manage the relationship between New York Life Direct and the AARP Media Sales team. • You will be accountable for media budgets and sales performance of all channels with the goal of maximizing growth and efficiency. • Reporting to the CVP of Digital Media, this position will round out the core team with a focus on digital media campaign management, execution, and optimization.
Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns• Digital media buying and planning experience required• Experience with ad serving platforms such as DoubleClick or DV360 preferred • Demonstrated ability to create ad-hoc reports and create actionable insights from the data• Excellent verbal and written skills• Must be very organizational with strong attention to detail• PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Salary range: $71,000 - $115,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
