Senior Associate, Digital Media & Client Strategy
Job Description
As a Senior Associate in Digital Media Client Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in understanding a client's business and goals, developing customized digital marketing strategies, and implementing campaigns across various channels to achieve measurable results. You will have the exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, manage media partners, and contribute to high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the client's business by analyzing their industry, target audience, competitors, and unique selling points to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Define clear and measurable digital marketing objectives in collaboration with the client, based on their business goals.
- Develop customized digital marketing strategies that leverage a combination of all paid digital channels.
- Identify the most suitable digital platforms and channels for the client's target audience and objectives.
- Advise on budget allocation and budget shifts to maximize ROAS and achieve client goals.
- Oversee media campaigns holistically, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analyze performance results using analytics tools, evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, and provide regular reports to the client.
- Able to assist in project management such as creation in project workbook schedules and management of full team priority
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights to improve results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to the client.
- Collaborate with our channel leaders to build and deploy a best-in-class strategy that meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Comfortably navigate the uncomfortable, leading meetings with a variety of client partners and addressing all of their questions.
- Capably transform complex data points into a story that the client perceives as thoughtful and clear.
- Manage media partners and performance, ensuring client deliverables and goals are being met.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital media strategy or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching/training skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong examples of project management and project leadership.
- Proficient analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive in setting agendas for the team and clients.
- Ability to build coherent presentations (e.g., QBR) with limited outside input.
- Strong presentation skills with proficiency in either PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new tools and technology.
