Senior Associate Digital Project Manager

The position
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be the single point of contact and orchestrates the communication flow between Brand Managers, Congress Leads, and production team, ensuring all demands will be implemented and delivered as requested. You will have the following responsibilities:

• Fully support existing Congress Leads in coordination and end-to-end project management.
• Drive internal and external follow-up to ensure project success, also manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Create templates in Figma for designing, prototyping, developing, and testing CongressHub web pages.
• Ensure quality control of digital assets, serve as an asset production and omnichannel execution subject matter expert. Maintain project planners and budget trackers.
• Align with content production team for day-to-day digital deliverables.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in project management and client services.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Knowledge of website CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.
• Should have experience in Project Management tool.
• Experience in a Digital Content Factory and with multichannel execution.
• Familiarity with the MLR Review Process on Veeva.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of event management concepts and congresses.

About the department
The Digital Project Manager role is part of the Commercial department within Global Business Services (GBS). The Commercial Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial GBS, including Insulin, Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial GBS unit also supports for Hemophilia and growth disorders.
