Guild is hiring a Senior Associate, Executive Recruiting to support and coordinate recruiting efforts for its executive recruiting function. The is a highly visible role tasked with supporting executive candidates  throughout the entire interview process, including scheduling interviews, minding the status for all candidates in process, arranging travel, and hosting onsite interviews.

In particular, we are looking for someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building a white-glove candidate experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with other Guild leaders including those on the Partner Experience, Platform & Technology, Shared Services teams, and more.

This is a Denver-based hybrid role that requires occasional in office presence for onsite interviews. Due to the nature of this role and in-person requirement, the hired candidate will need to adhere to Guild’s vaccination policy and reside in the Denver area.

As a Senior Associate, Executive Recruiting, you will:

  • Partner closely with the Executive Recruiter and Sourcer to support senior-level candidates throughout the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates, internal partners and external recruiting agencies, as needed.
  • Work independently in scheduling and rescheduling interviews and meetings; partner with executive assistants to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and candidates who require a high level of involvement.
  • Work closely with the executive recruiting team to build a world-class executive candidate experience, and continual improvement of our executive recruiting process. 
  • Coordinate candidate’s travel arrangements (air, hotel, etc.) as needed.
  • Manage initial onboarding process including employment agreements and background checks.
  • Own multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) to ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables.
  • Maintain flexible work hours to help support and troubleshoot candidate scheduling and travel as needed.
  • Step in to support the coordination for other team members when they arise on an ad hoc basis.
  • Support miscellaneous Talent team administration and operations as needed.

You are a strong fit for this role, if you have:

  • 2+ years of prior experience in Executive Recruiting Coordination or similar experience supporting senior executives and leadership in a fast-paced environment where there is frequent change and a need to demonstrate and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience working and comfortability with senior executives and leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and an obsessive commitment for accurate, timely, and effective coordination. 
  • Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the drive to take ownership for the development and cultivation of strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain flexible work hours.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $70,000-$88,750, as well as company stock options.
