We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team! This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA via a Hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Design and development of backend features and components whilst collaborating with other developers.
• Reducing the level of technical debt of the backend codebase and helping to triage bugs, track software defects, and ensure their timely resolution
• Gathering and BRD/SRD preparation with thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Conducting reviews of the test Plan and test Data. Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensuring software is updated with latest features and participating in deployment process following all change controls.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions. Must have knowledge about the functions and features of modern and traditional structured methods for developing applications.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 2-6 years of total work experience in software development required.
• Prior experience with using a specific application development toolkit and knowledge of a backend development language required (i.e. C#, Java).
• Experience within the software development space, developing in the backend environment and knowledgeable in cross-platform interoperability.
