Role Description
The Senior Associate, Growth and Integration will be part of a one-year project-based, rotational experience across multiple teams within the Oak Street Health corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL.
The Senior Associate will work with various Growth teams at Oak Street to drive key initiatives supporting the Oak Street Health integration with CVS Health, with a focus on select value streams that contribute to new patient opportunities, new patient outreach, and new patient onboarding into the Oak Street Health care model. This role will include multi-month, cross-functional project experiences across multiple business functions, as well as exposure to senior leadership.
The Senior Associate will be responsible for defining strategy, outlining project timelines, driving outcomes, managing relationships, and generating insights on Growth value streams.

Core Responsibilities
- Support novel Growth value streams at Oak Street Health, in partnership with CVS Health
- Partner with corporate teams to redefine and execute against new patient opportunities within the CVS Health family
- Collaborate with various Oak Street teams to optimize Growth processes and workflows
- Work with Growth and other corporate / regional Oak Street leadership to identify areas for continuous improvement
- Drive data-driven strategy, insights & planning
- Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making related to Growth opportunities
- Develop reporting and analyses on performance metrics related to Growth
- Communicate insights and develop recommendations with organizational leaders
- Project Management & Programmatic Ownership
- Project manager for scope of ongoing initiatives and activities
- Creation of metrics and reports to monitor success and identify opportunities for improvement across Growth projects
- Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of work experience in strategy consulting or provider-based healthcare environments
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel or other standard analysis tools (SQL, Alteryx, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Quick learner comfortable with ambiguity
- High level of organization and detail orientation
- Experience collaborating on projects across multiple departments
- Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving ability
- Ability to navigate leadership and operational complexities
- Passion for excellence - willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product
- Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables
- Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally
- Bachelor's degree required
- US work authorization
