The role:
As a direct report to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, the Senior Associate of Growth Marketing is responsible for supporting all key customer acquisition marketing opportunities. They are vital in the performance of acquisition marketing channels, ensuring clean and clear reporting in alignment with overall customer acquisition targets.
What you'll do:
- Support internal and external acquisition programs with operations needs, including project management with tech/product and creative team coordination
- Own internally managed paid acquisition channels including direct mail, credit card partnerships, CTV/streaming, and more
- Act as PM for all technical and creative requests, create briefs, manage the timelines, prioritization, and communication
- Create custom landing pages and pop-up modals to A/B test landing page experience, flows, offers, etc.
- Create discount codes with initiative-specific taxonomy and dimensions for acquisition, gifting, and occasionally retention efforts
- Collaborate with all external agencies to ensure correct taxonomy across newly launched digital campaigns
- Ensure audiences are properly updating into marketing platforms for exclusions lists
- Focusing on paid social - partner with an agency, SVP of Marketing, and Sr Director of Growth Marketing on the setting, executing and optimizing of channel strategy
- Stay current on industry trends and share best practices with the internal and external teams
- Report on the channel and campaign performance above and beyond basic metrics
- Identify testing opportunities and socialize testing roadmap
- Draft out weekly business-wide updates with insights into the drivers and inhibitors from the prior week for Weekly Business Review
- In partnership with the BI team, manage and continuously improve Looker acquisition reporting
- Own ad hoc reporting requests from internal teams and external agencies
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or relevant field
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience supporting acquisition and growth marketing campaigns either at an agency or in an in-house capacity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time
- Analytical chops with the ability to analyze large data sets to pull out trends and be able to relay those findings to other team members
- Creative mind with the ability to design and create custom landing pages for paid campaigns
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, data, product, etc) and external partners, as well as articulate decisions and constructive feedback to others

Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experience and qualifications for the role. Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include short & long term incentive compensation. In addition, employees are eligible for our standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and 401K match.
