Senior Associate, Instructional Designer

What You’ll Do:

• Create magic by designing and developing innovative e-learning courses, instructional materials, and multimedia content using the latest tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Canva)
• Work side by side with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform their knowledge into dynamic, learner-focused solutions that drive business results
• Develop learning experiences for every medium—web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT)—you name it, we’ll build it!
• Apply your expertise in learning theories and instructional design models to make sure every course feels fresh, engaging, and impactful
• Continuously improve our content through evaluation and feedback, keeping our learners at the center of everything we do
• Help manage, track, and publish e-learning modules via our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Be part of a team that’s always pushing the envelope with creative, innovative learning solutions

Who You Are:

• You have a 4-year college degree (Master’s degree? Even better!)
• You bring at least 7 years of experience in instructional design, instructional development, or a related field
• You’re a wizard with e-learning development tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and more
• You’re familiar with LMS, SCORM, xAPI, and the latest in learning technologies
• You’ve mastered adult learning theories and know how to apply them to design effective learning experiences
• Your communication skills—both verbal and written—are top-notch, and you can collaborate with teams across the organization
• Bonus points if you have experience in video editing, graphic design, or multimedia production
