As Compass' Senior Associate, M&A Integration, you will provide tactical support and help drive M&A integrations from operational due diligence through steady-state transition to the local operations team. An effective project manager and creative problem solver, you will provide support in planning and execution, working closely and collaboratively with key functions across Compass including regional brokerage teams, finance, legal, communications, marketing, business development, listings and other internal teams. You will partner closely with key national and regional stakeholders to support the execution of key strategic initiatives.

Please note: this is a full-time in-office position.

At Compass You Will:

  • Work closely with M&A Team to monitor deal pipeline and prepare for upcoming integrations
  • Own creation and maintenance of the Integration Playbook for each deal
  • Support M&A leads on all aspects of the deal integration
  • Facilitate recurring integration status meetings with all cross-functional stakeholders and keep stakeholder teams on track toward timely completion of respective workstreams
  • Collect, organize and validate data / information pertaining to Sellerโ€™s operations
  • Work closely with local operations teams to facilitate tactical workstreams such as onboarding and training
  • Update SOPs and integration team documents to drive continuous improvement
  • Surface insights and learnings to inform efforts to constantly iterate upon and improve the integration process


What We're Looking For:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree and 3-4 years of previous experience
  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills with the ability to manage several simultaneous projects with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fluid environment
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, and efficient working style
  • Analytical, highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner; solution-oriented mindset and work approach
  • Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and demonstrated experience independently managing conflict or difficult interpersonal situations
  • Excellent communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Highly proficient and comfortable working with spreadsheets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with others
  • Highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented

Compensation:ย 

The salary pay range for this position is $77,800 to $116,700; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
