About the Role:

Trace3’s Management Consulting team is practiced in successfully guiding teams and organizations through strategic and highly visible business initiatives to optimize performance and enhance business outcomes. We combine deep industry expertise, along with a technical acumen to provide insights and leadership to help our clients navigate through business-centric issues and challenges.  

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in delivery against product management activities and deliverables related to an integrated product platform project.
• Translate both business and technical information from various sources into diagrams to capture activity flows across business and software system processes.
• Partner with process owners to identify, document and refine business requirements.
• Capture business requirements, as well as process and systems models in line with documentation standards.
• Demonstrated desire and ability to work alongside intelligent, dynamic colleagues while engaging in product lifecycle management, product analysis and continuous knowledge building around product tools, capabilities, and overall market.

Qualifications & Interests:

• Minimum five years of product management experience and experience with business and systems process modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, including technology or engineering, is preferred.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements documentation standards.
• Knowledge and working experience of MS Visio, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
