Strive Care 365 (SC365) takes the patient journey a step deeper where we help create a seamless experience from a Primary Care perspective for patients that have been diagnosed with early stages of CKD or further progression as far as ESRD. In the SC365 environment we are assisting patients with the dynamics outside of the CKD using a concierge type of approach to help align the healthcare and social needs of the patient, allowing them to be successful in this new journey ahead of them.  

Sr. Associate, Market Operations (SC365) 

The Sr. Associate, Market Operations is responsible for supporting the market operations teams in the SC365 environment through continual process improvement, with a focus on scalability and execution. This position reports to the market Practice Manager and will partner closely with the Sr. Manager, Operations Enablement.  

Essential Functions 

  • Supports all Market Leaders by successfully navigating a matrixed environment to address operational issues and answer related questions 
  • Structures complex ambiguous problems and translates market needs to corporate teams 
  • Facilitates the training of healthcare staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies or procedures. Identifies training needs and opportunities for professional development. Initiates solutions when issues arise, while also communicating with leadership to resolve the issue at hand
  • Implements quality improvement initiatives, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and protocols to enhance patient outcomes.  
  • Builds relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to establish the clinical and operations teams as trusted partners
  • Implements strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience, including addressing complaints, managing patient feedback, and fostering a patient-centered approach to care
  • Works cross-functionally to help design and implement new standard operational processes and process improvements into the Market, adapting to market-specific factors
  • Assists in management of the Provider’s and/or Clinical Team schedule
  • Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines, such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), patient privacy laws, and accreditation requirements.
  • Acts as a resource person to administrative team, department managers, and clinical staff on any issues that may come about including but not limited to: IT issues, patient concerns, general administrative questions
  • Manages healthcare resources, including medical supplies, equipment, and inventory, to ensure availability and cost-effective utilization
  • Contributes to emergency preparedness planning and implementation, including response protocols, disaster drills, and ensuring staff readiness for emergencies
  • Assists in implementing healthcare policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring staff is adhering and promoting a culture of patient safety and quality care
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets healthcare data to identify trends, measure performance indicators, and generate reports for management and regulatory purposes 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline and/or equivalent experience 
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, and/or with a high-growth healthcare organization 
  • Ability to travel locally 30% of the time  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; desire to be a self-starter 
  • Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (Clinical, Technology, Business, Operations 
  • Exposure and/or experience to the CKD market (or a chronic illness market that is relatable to CKD) 
  • Alignment of personal values to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Strive Health
  • Prior experience of successfully managing individuals in a healthcare setting
  • Resourceful and willing to participate in functions to bring processes to end state
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence change
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change 

Annual Salary Range $72,800.00-$88,300.00

Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits.  An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
