About the Job

As our Senior Associate of Investor Relations, you will design, execute and optimize a best-in-class investor relations program. In this role, you will manage existing investor relationships and enhance the client experience through the delivery of high quality, accurate and timely information, manage internal relationships and collaborate cross functionally to promote coordination and teamwork.

You will report to the Director of Capital Development and work out of our NYC Office.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute a best-in-class investor relations program

  • Develop best practices for our investor relations program; assess and address gap analysis as needed
  • Develop and lead the process for investor reporting/quarterly letters
  • Manage ESG policy development and serve as the ESG leader to coordinate compliance across the firm
  • Own planning and execution of the annual investor day and investor events/forums
  • Assess and enhance existing CRM processes as necessary

Relationship Management

  • Manage existing investor relationships and deliver an enhanced client experience through the delivery of high quality, accurate and timely information
  • Create and maintain investor content for presentations, diligence processes and ad hoc investor requests
  • Assist in leading content development for investor communications (webcasts, thought pieces, newsletters, etc.)

Support Fundraising

  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding fund structure, firm-level, operational, and/or administrative questions
  • Cross-sell new products to existing investors
  • Quarterback the fundraising process, including through the development of marketing materials, diligence and data requests, and legal questions
  • Collaborate across departments such as legal and others to ensure a smooth fundraising process
  • Help manage fundraising pipeline and reporting
What you'll need:

Background

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience in investor relations, investment banking, business development, partnerships, equity sales and/or equity capital markets roles 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing investor relationships through prior roles in investor relations roles at private equity, venture capital or real estate firms
