Senior Associate, Operational Services - Facility F

The Opportunity

CSL Behring has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate, Operational Services to join our team with the Base Fractionation Facility (Facility F) at our Broadmeadows site.

Reporting to the Manager - Operational Services Facility F, you will manage the implementation of routine changes in response to manufacturing value stream priorities and provide expertise in the facilitation and analysis of deviation investigations within manufacturing.

The Role

• Investigate manufacturing deviations, lead investigation teams, and manage documentation.
  
• Collaborate with QA and manufacturing to assess risk, verify investigation accuracy, and communicate conclusions to stakeholders.

Represent manufacturing value stream as change coordinator for BMW portfolio and engineering projects.

Lead cross-functional task completion for routine changes on existing and new processes.

Ensure correct SMEs are engaged for effective change through understanding CSL systems and organization.

Plan and coordinate changes, ensuring timely task completion by all stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

• Tertiary Qualification in Science or Engineering.
  
• 5+ years manufacturing experience (R&D, Tech Services, Quality or Manufacturing) in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biological or a regulated industry.
  
• Basic to intermediate project and change management experience, working as part of a larger team.
  
• Demonstrated understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements and relevant environmental, health and safety requirements as applicable to secondary manufacturing.
  
• A team player with demonstrated initiative and proven problem solving, communication skills.
