We are looking for a Senior Associate Partner Manager to help manage complex and at times very technical operating relationships with key external partners (ranging from banks, core banking platform technology, payment networks, fraud prevention services, debit processing, and other associated technologies) that are essential to our business, as well as support cross-functional internal stakeholders. You will lead day-to-day management and execution of our engagement with partners including coordinating communications, monitoring partner performance and overseeing operational processes. Further, you will own the overall relationship with the partners, enforcing improvements and communicating progress to internal/external stakeholders and leadership.
What You'll Do:- Own the management of key technical and banking-related partner relationships that power CK Money, navigating complex work streams across multiple teams
- Build rapport with our partners, establishing trust and strong working relationships while maintaining internal strategies and priorities
- Troubleshoot and actively problem solve key workstream issues between external and internal stakeholders, building relevant context to identify next steps and appropriate audiences
- Create and enhance existing processes with internal and external teams to optimize and improve partnerships
- Lead meetings/calls with external stakeholders, ensuring all teams are prepared with clear agendas and materials to achieve desired meeting outcomes; capturing and tracking follow ups and action items
- Prioritize and lead multiple cross functional end-to-end workstreams to ensure projects are executed with precision and delivered on time. You will work closely with external partners on these workstreams as well as internal teams such as Marketing, Legal/compliance, Member Support, Fraud, Engineering, and Product.
- Understand contracts and economics of the CK Money program and external partners in order to drive projects and lead cost cutting initiatives
- 3+ years of experience (fintech or project management exposure a plus)
- Experience managing external facing partnerships (preferably large/long term strategic relationships)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results.
- High EQ and exceptional professional judgment are critical.

Pay Transparency Notice: Credit Karma’s mission of championing financial progress for all starts from within. That’s why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $105,693 to $131,110, plus equity and benefits.
