Role Description:
The Senior Associate, Patient Experience - Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider and Systems (CAHPS)/Health Outcome Survey (HOS) will be responsible for supporting initiatives that span the patient experience journey (e.g. scheduling, referrals, provider discussions, etc). The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, enjoys solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This will be a high-visibility role requiring cross-team collaboration within Patient Experience and Service Operations and other teams (e.g. Population Health, Managed Care Operations, payer relationships, etc.).

Core Responsibilities:
- Support high-impact patient experience initiatives on the CAHPS/HOS roadmap
- Own assigned projects, identify and develop resources, ability to ideate on materials individually and collaboratively, ensure deliverables are on time
- Perform data analysis, identifying key insights, metrics of success, and trends to inform organization wide decision-making
- Develop materials, communicate insights succinctly and effectively, and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure visibility and coordination among various workstreams
- Participate in meetings with payers and internal stakeholders, as needed
- Other duties, as assigned
What are we looking for?
We're looking for a motivated individual with:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, provider based organization, or patient experience roles
- Ability to build the trust and confidence of a wide range of stakeholders
- Incredible level of organization, detail orientation, and focus on deadlines and metrics
- Someone who connects the dots between teams - a proactive communicator who identifies connections between projects and broader organizational objectives
- Self-motivated, quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
- Strong written communication skills; highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Analytical and data savvy; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of information
- Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product
- Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally
- Project management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- US work authorization
