Senior Associate, Product Marketing
Job Description
Team Overview
The Product Marketing team at Arrowstreet was newly formed in 2023 to establish a centralized function with the institutional, product and technology expertise to meet our firm's evolving product marketing needs. The team is responsible for the following:
- Producing and providing high quality (accurate, timely, compliant) marketing materials that reinforce our firm's investment process and fiduciary culture.
- Leveraging technology to enhance and automate all product marketing collateral.
- Collaborating internally to define and execute our product marketing strategy to increase institutional exposure for our firm's investment products and solutions.
- Partnering with external-facing teams to improve their ability to market our investment products and solutions and articulate our competitive edge.
The Product Marketing Team will collaborate across the firm on strategic initiatives, including with members of Business Development & Relationship Management, Investment Analytics, Portfolio Management, Performance, Marketing Services, and Compliance. Members of this team will benefit from a sound understanding of institutional investor expectations and product positioning as well as portfolio construction, investment strategies and quantitative investment management concepts.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise on our investment products and solutions and collaborate internally to effectively build and manage high quality and consistent marketing materials, presentations, and product content to support business development and relationship management efforts.
- Contribute to projects related to developing new materials and defining new marketing strategies to support product launches and revenue generation.
- Contribute to technology projects to automate product marketing collateral and implement enhanced management tools, workflows, and processes.
- Manage our internal marketing library (SharePoint Intranet), ensuring available materials are always well-organized, accurate, current, and compliant.
- Assist with competitor analysis and product comparisons, leveraging various institutional databases and sources.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
- MBA or CFA a plus
- Experience working in the financial services industry supporting business development, product or marketing activities
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and judgement skills and ability to work in a team environment with multiple responsibilities
- Experience contributing to strategic projects such as process and workflow improvements
- Experience with Microsoft Power Bi and SQL queries a plus
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and experience with marketing and content automation software a plus
