The Role:

The Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to assist in managing projects and  campaigns for the Performance Marketing & Growth team. This person reports directly to the VP  Performance Marketing and will ensure projects run efficiently, coordinate with stakeholders, and effectively plan deliverables until execution. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a unique  opportunity to lead marketing initiatives within a quickly scaling company.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Own coordination of marketing plans across different DailyPay teams and partners including  cross-functional workstreams
  • Ensure information flows between all cross-functional teams so that teams are connected  and the project is tracking as planned
  • Be responsible for assigning tasks to owners and ensuring transparency in task ownership, timelines and accountability
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess  against goals
  • Deep dive into marketing-related data, interact with the analytics team and share periodic  reports on the performance of all marketing channels, including decks for leadership teams
  • Maintain the program documentation, including all plans, timelines and briefs
  • Ensure that projects are running efficiently; create, and manage tasks, and execution of  marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders internally (and externally when appropriate) to ensure  planning and collaboration across the entire project life-cycle
  • Consistently manage internal expectations on realistic timelines for delivery based on overall  resources available
  • Actively monitor project risks and scope to foresee/identify potential problems and  proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
  • Lead all project meetings and drive teams toward timely completion of project milestones  and phases
  • Help optimize existing processes and tools that will increase efficiency

Nice to Haves:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or similar experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience within a marketing department, agency, or  similar
  • Demonstrated project management skills: clear communication, extremely detail-oriented  and organized
  • Ability to adapt to constant changes and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to implement and enforce processes that ensure best practices in marketing and resource management
  • Ability to wear many hats and take on additional responsibilities in order to get the job done
  • Ability to successfully manage projects across the entire project lifecycle on time and on  budget
  • Great collaboration skills with the ability to focus on both the big picture and the small details
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and take a collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to coordinate with external partners’ project management teams when required in a way that maintains positive relationships between both teams
  • Experience with workflow/project management tools – Asana or similar

Pay Transparency
Final offer amounts are determined by a variety of factors including candidate experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, market location, and internal compensation equity.
Compensation Range
$72,300$104,000 USD
