Are you interested in bringing your project management expertise to an industry leading organization where you will have the opportunity to influence mission critical initiatives? Fortitude Re is looking for an experienced project manager to join as a Senior Associate in our Project Management Office (PMO).Ā The Senior Associate role will focus on both driving PMO tool implementation and optimization alongside actively contributing to PMO strategic and operational initiatives. The role will report directly to the VP, PMO and Portfolio Management and will be responsible for supporting the PMO and business units in the implementation, adoption, and support of PMO tools.
Your core responsibilities include supporting the organization with PMO tools to maintain, enhance, and ensure compliance with our project management methodologies and processes. It is crucial to have a customer centric approach, passion for delivering results, and a strong foundation in project management fundamentals as you will partner with project sponsors and owners to shape and execute project deliverables.
Your proven track record in implementing and maximizing benefits from project management tools, a strong business and process mindset, and change leadership skills are essential as this role is critical in fostering business process improvements and PMO transformation initiatives, significantly contributing to Fortitude Reās growth and success.Ā As a member of the PMO team you will support stakeholders and projects across the organization. You will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge base in the reinsurance space as well as enhance your project and change management toolkit. You will coordinate across the PMO team to raise issues, identify efficiencies, and champion PMO capabilities.Ā This role will be based in our Nashville office on a hybrid basis.
What You Will Do:

PMO Tool Implementation:

Support the customization of Wrike to meet the needs of the organization.

Work with business units to foster adoption and provide expert guidance on usage and best practices.

Leverage Wrike to support efforts in providing project and portfolio reporting to key stakeholders.

PMO Strategic Support:

Contribute to the development and execution of PMO initiatives.

Identify and implement improvements in PMO processes and methodologies.

Partner with functional teams, ensuring effective adoption of project management methodology and standards.

Participate in the development of executive communications to support transparency and inform strategic decision making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Engage and establish trust / credibility with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including technical and domain experts.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments and projects.

What You Will Have:
-
Undergraduate degree
-
Expertise in utilizing project management tools with a specific emphasis on Wrike.

Demonstrated project management experience within a PMO setting.
-
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a group to drive projects to completion.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.

Excellent verbal/written communication and advanced interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.

Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving abilities.

PMP Certification

Proficiency in building, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint pages.

Experience in the fields of insurance, finance, or consulting.

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package. Ā
Base Salary Range
$109,000ā$130,000 USD
