• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute workforce plans based on business needs, historical data, and future projections.
• Monitor and forecast labor requirements to meet fluctuating demands and maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Design, implement, and manage shift schedules to ensure proper coverage while adhering to labor laws and company policies.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity, minimize downtime, and reduce overtime costs.
• Oversee performance metrics for team members and departments, ensuring targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
• Identify areas of improvement, develop action plans, and guide teams to improve performance.
• Analyze workforce data (e.g., attendance, productivity, turnover rates) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on workforce performance, staffing levels, and operational efficiency to senior management.
• Lead and manage a team of workforce analysts, schedulers, and other related roles.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
• Organize training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with other departments (HR, Operations, Customer Service, etc.) to align workforce plans with organizational objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workforce-related issues and provide expert advice to other managers.
• Continuously evaluate and improve workforce management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Drive initiatives for cost-saving and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.







• Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years in workforce management, operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Workforce Management Certification) are a plus.
• Proficiency in workforce management software and advanced knowledge of Excel, advanced Excel or Power BI or other data analysis tools.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to handle complex workforce data and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility in managing change and addressing evolving business needs.
• Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
