Senior Associate Sales Analysis

Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the profitable execution of the annual sales plan and commercial effectiveness initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop the commercial plan for New Product Development (NPD) and lead the management of Category Management processes. Additionally, you will create and update regular category analyses on sales and market share development, assortment, retail pricing, and the effectiveness of trade promotions, providing recommendations for improvement. You will also oversee cooperation with merchandising agencies and manage the budgets associated with these activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing market data and developing recommendations to grow market share for Czech and Slovakia.

• Actively participate in the sales planning and forecast process by providing market inputs and commercial recommendations that influence the sales performance.

• Support the planning, execution, and management of category management plans.

• Analyze data and trends and provide well-founded recommendations to the sales teams and managers.

• Proactively contribute to individual projects and daily business.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Degree in business administration with a focus on sales, marketing, or similar.

• Ideally, you have at least 5 years FMCG sector.

• Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) is no problem for you.

• You speak fluent Czech and English.

• Experience in a multinational matrix organizational structure.
