Senior Associate Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary: Senior Associate Salesforce Administrator position at ISN will carry out various analytical, project management and technical functions to successfully execute large-scale and strategic customer relationship management projects with the goal of improving the experience for ISN customers and employees. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
• Certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification - Required
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certified - preferred
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certifications - preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce admin
• Good understanding of the Salesforce product suite, with experience in the following Clouds preferred:
  • Sales
  • Service
  • Revenue (CPQ and Billing)
  • Experience (formerly Community)
• Hands-on experience with administrative functions in Salesforce Lightning including user management and security controls
• Hands-on experience with custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, flows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports and dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Translate functional requirements into Salesforce technical requirements
• Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as flows, approval processes, and validation rules
• Work within and across Agile teams to develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across Salesforce
• Collaborate with Salesforce architect, developers, business analysts and ISN software engineers to improve functionality and processes
• Document customizations made in Salesforce
• Perform testing and quality control/assurance tasks relating to system integrity
• Monitor Azure DevOps to ensure that tasks requiring configuration are completed

Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office and will have the option to work remotely with at least 1-2 in-person engagement required weekly (customer meetings, team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
