Senior Associate, Security Business Operations

Summary
The Senior Associate, Security Business Operations will work with various Security Services team members and Management and is responsible for assisting in implementing, executing, and maturing Security's Agile practices. As well as, leveraging knowledge gained from Agile to assist in resource management, and external team collaboration.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

• Certified Scrum Master-The refinement, execution and maturing of Agile practices objectives across the Security Services organization including coordination of task requests and creation of centralized management decision Agile support system.
• Driving Security Services Agile team objectives and collaborating with external teams as required.
• Assisting in Security Services resource management tasks and efficiently analyzing data to apply to individual teams in Agile Practices.
• Assisting security process owners to automate manual processes, including identifying needs, building requirements, developing a project plan, and managing executing of the plan.

• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical skills to successfully analyze and communicate complex problem and solutions.

• Organized, curious, persistent, and service-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with local and remote OCC staff, management, and consultants while exercising sound judgment.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum Methodologies
• Expertise in Confluence page creation, dashboards, creating various content including JIRA tables, timelines, etc.
• Expert in Jira (creating stories/epics, grooming, labeling, story points, sprint reviews, board management, etc.)
• Project Management experience
• Possesses critical IT values (i.e., fact based, collaborative, credibility/trust and judgment
• Good consultative, communication, team player and analytical skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with short timelines and work well under pressure.

Technical Skills:

• Experience working in Microsoft O365, ServiceNow, Tableau, Archer GRC, and PowerBI,
• Expert in Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of Information/Cyber Security concepts, modern data architecture, including databases, warehouse, lakes and cloud computing

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor Degree - Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics or related field or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
• Agile Related certification (i.e., CSM, PSM)
• 2 or more years hands-on Information Security and/or Agile related work experience.

Certificates or Licenses:
Professional network and/or security certifications a plus (i.e., GIAC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC)
