What We Need:

POSITION: Senior Associate Site Reliability Engineer

LOCATION: 6555 State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75039

JOB DUTIES: Design, develop, build and maintain scalable and performant infrastructure to meet our cloud infrastructure needs as we grow to onboard more customers. Maintain and integrate monitoring and security compliance into new and existing programs and infrastructure. Work with and advise various project teams and developers on best practices for CI/CD pipelines and automation of workflows. Mentor and assist new Site Reliability Engineers to become successful and build an overall successful team. Will participate in on-call rotations and incident response along with root cause analysis of incidents. Expand and refine documentation for project teams to ease team learning and troubleshooting of projects and infrastructure as code. Up to 100% telecommuting is allowed from within United States with prior approval.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience must include 2 years in the following skills:

• Site reliability engineering or devops engineering on any cloud platform experience;
• Python, Java or equivalent programming language;
• Scripting in Python or Bash;
• Infrastructure as Code tools, including storage, networks, and services;
• Configuration management and automation tools such as Chef or Ansible;
• Cloud resources and concepts such as networking, load balancing, DNS, and Security; and
• Identifying performance bottlenecks, identifying anomalous system behavior, and resolving root cause of service issues.

OFFERED WAGE: $86,800 - $144,600/year
