We recently launched digital banks and wallets in multiple markets to enhance our customers’ experiences with a cutting-edge digital Ecosystem. As a Senior Associate, Solution Engineering for Digital Banking Infrastructure and Technology Operations, your primary responsibility will be to help establish core digital banking and wallet solutions globally, while also overseeing the integration of infrastructure, networks, and real-time payment processing.
Role ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Test Environment Management:
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of test environments to ensure they meet the requirements of various testing phases.
- Manage environment availability, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of environment-related issues.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure environments are up-to-date and aligned with project timelines.
- Incident Management:
- Lead the incident management process, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution of incidents.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to perform root
- cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Maintain incident records in ServiceNow and generate reports to track incident trends and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on environment status, incident resolutions, and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that test environments meet their needs.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align expectations and ensure successful project outcomes.
- ServiceNow & JIRA Management:
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking, problem management, and change management processes.
- Manage project tracking and task assignments through JIRA, ensuring that all environment-related tasks are clearly documented and prioritized.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow and JIRA to monitor environment health and incident trends.
- Automation & Monitoring:
- Drive the implementation of automation tools and processes to enhance the efficiency and reliability of test environments.
- Implement monitoring solutions to proactively detect and address potential issues in test environments.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and monitoring, reducing manual effort and increasing overall environment stability.
- ITIL Process Adherence
- Ensure all environment management and incident management activities are aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Participate in regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
Role RequirementsÂ
- Total 4+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in test environment management, incident management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow and JIRA for incident and project management.
- Experience with automation tools and monitoring solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
