Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives and PMO

As a Senior Associate - Strategic Initiatives and PMO, you will play a vital role in assisting and driving the successful execution of complex cross-functional projects. Your attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team will contribute to the efficient delivery of strategic initiatives that drive our company's growth.The individual will be required to communicate, influence, and manage across Ops sub departments as well as with partners outside of Ops example Legal & Compliance, Data, Product, Technology etc. to achieve outcomes towards our long-term strategic priorities. This individual has a can-do attitude and has a proven track record to collaborate well. They will support development of robust charters and roadmaps for strategic initiatives, facilitate stakeholders and leadership discussions and track initiative progress against defined timeline and achievements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist in tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Support the development of project documentation, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Lead [with support] meetings, workshops, and discussions to capture action items, decisions, and follow-up tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing insights and suggesting enhancements to project management processes and methodologies.
• Provide administrative support to the PMO team, including maintaining project databases, templates, and documentation repositories.

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think outside the box when encountering a problem.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
