As a Senior Associate, Strategic Insights supporting US Vision Care, you will be trusted to work on uncovering and helping cross-functional partners understand key business and customer / consumer insights and data analyses across the USVC business units at Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Support key launches through dashboard development and lead launch trackers.
• Combine and analyze multiple data sources (shipments, consumption, etc.) in support of USVC initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on and communicate Key Performance Indicators.
• Identify ways to improve process, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
• Support monthly forecasting activity (B3) for various businesses.
• Build monthly review decks to help leadership understand market trends and latest outlook.
• Supervise monthly actuals versus established targets.
• Maintain and optimize reporting on existing marketing initiatives.
• Lead Brand Health trackers across lens and OTC categories
• Support qualitative research initiatives.
• Develop deep dive analytics capabilities for Consumer Panel surveys and other research initiatives.

What you'll bring to alcon:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• Work hours: Monday- Friday
• Travel Requirements: up to 10%

• Experience distilling data into actionable insights for numerous customers and data topics
• A highly collaborative, effective partner who can influence through inquisitive, thoughtful communication and execution.
• Know how to prioritize, challenge assumptions and be adaptive to change.
• Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric attitude with data experience that leads to actionable insights that advise effective brand strategy and marketing plans.
• Keen eye for data trends and the ability to investigate and articulate factors that may account for these trends.
• Experience with primary and secondary research data sources
