About this role:

Carrier has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate, Supply Chain Management for its Atlanta, GA location. This role will be responsible for supporting the Residential & Light Commercial (RLCS) Supply Chain Team in strategic sourcing decisions, supplier readiness and production launches for new programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting RLCS Supply Chain Team with projects and supplier analysis
• Driving supply chain objectives needed to meet program launch milestones
• Consistently engaging with suppliers across various categories to align on production needs and timelines
• Validating and consolidating manufacturing sites' production requirements for new programs
• Assisting manufacturing sites with production launch activities including RFQs, supplier readiness communications and capacity analyses associated with new programs
• Identifying saving opportunities; segregate from baseline performance; tie off with stakeholders
• Highlighting developing trends that could hinder or accelerate projects
• Supporting the development and deployment of automated tools and dashboards for supply chain leaders and sites

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
• 2+ years experience leading a supply chain team
• 2+ years working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
