Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition

What You’ll Do
The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition is responsible for a variety of tasks supporting the recruiting function for OCC in Chicago, Dallas and Washington, D.C. Key daily responsibilities include scheduling candidate interviews, travel management, background screening administration and onboarding activity management. Other duties include intern program recruiting and administration including event planning and coordination. You will also support projects of varying scope and duration and be involved in procedure and control development, management and testing activities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
Support emerging talent program design and project planning, including role definitions, technical requirements gathering and vendor engagement. May involve meeting scheduling and interview scheduling.
Intern program management to include recruitment, intern and manager engagement and event management.
Intern event planning and scheduling, data management and tracker maintenance and reporting on program success on a quarterly basis
Attending career fairs and promoting OCC as an employer of choice on college campuses to support Chicago, Dallas and Washington, D.C. locations
Candidate in-person, video and phone interview scheduling using MS Outlook and Workday ATS
Travel coordination including flight and hotel booking, and itinerary confirmation and management
Background screening and fingerprint program administration including maintenance of records, check requests and sending checks to third party servicers in collaboration with Corporate Assistant, HR
Backup new hire onboarding and orientation including partnering with other teams to lead weekly new hire sessions in the absence of the TA Associate including room setup, greeting new hires and engaging hiring managers for FTE and Contractors.
Maintain accurate records, follow specific policies and procedures and keep management apprised of issues and progress against completion objectives.
Provide input to policies and procedures, conduct regular management self-testing and work with facilitator to update policies and procedures in the system of record.
Input information accurately in the Workday Human Capital Management system, monitor incoming e-mail and task items and ensure completion according to deadlines and SLAs.
Participate in specific projects as directed, which may involve the Talent Acquisition or other HR functions supporting OCC’s mission.
Collaborate with DE&I function to enhance the talent acquisition strategies and programs to meet our balanced scorecard objectives and promote an inclusive culture within the company.
In cooperation with Executive Director, TA and Executive Director, DE&I Create and deliver actionable plans to ensure diverse candidate slates and representation in all recruiting activities for intern and full-time roles
Program support to include PERM filing, contingent worker administration including termination and onboarding, headcount and offer approval follow up and tracking
Responsible for monitoring and responding to TA inbox emails, collects, processes, and performs analyses on data in support of TA initiatives (e.g. REQ tracking and new hire tracking),
External career site updates and internal SharePoint updates and monitor content on internal/external Careers pages

At least 3 years in an HR administrative capacity with applicant tracking system data entry and task completion responsibilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of incoming tasks, via e-mail, phone calls and face to face interactions
At least two years of experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products, Workday experience desirable
Experience with calendar management, group presentations and interpersonal interactions at all levels
High level of organization along with a sense of urgency to be able to manage competing priorities
At least 2 years of experience maintaining and organizing a variety of records in electronic and physical formats, with an ability to maintain highly confidential information in a secure and consistent manner.
Technical Skills:
MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Workday or other human capital management system experience preferred.
Familiar with WebEx, video conference and teleconference setups.
Education and/or Experience:
HS Diploma, Bachelors preferred
