The Crown Is Yours
We are looking for a Senior Associate, VIP Gifting and Merchandising. This role is responsible for coordinating, selecting, customizing, and delivering high-quality gifts and merchandise for VIP clients. While managing our merchandising inventory, fulfillment and shipping, the position will require frequent cross-functional collaboration with several groups, including hospitality, events, loyalty marketing, partnerships, analytics, amongst many others.
What you'll do as Senior Associate, VIP Gifting and Merchandising

• Help curate a selection of merchandise and unique gifts that meet the needs of our VIP customers by considering attributes, intended end-use, pricing and market trends.
• Maintain an organized inventory of merchandise and gifts, monitoring stock levels, and reordering as necessary to meet demand.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, gift fulfillment, and process efficiency.
• Oversee fulfillment of gift requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to recipients on an ad hoc basis.
• Provide support for events and functions where VIP gifting and merchandising activities are involved, including setup, distribution, and customer service.
• Gather feedback from VIP recipients and stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of gifting and merchandising efforts and make improvements as needed.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in luxury gifting, merchandising, or warehouse management.
• Project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously through effective communication and presentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop unique gifting ideas that resonate with VIP clients while understanding industry trends.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate inventory, orders, and gifting operations effectively with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team setting and maintain positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,240.00 - $99,360.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
