Audiovisual Operations Specialist

The Audiovisual Operations Specialist role assists in maintenance of IT systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers. Working under limited supervision, this job supports end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the computers are within established operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns, including video room support, from clients or other employees
• Responsible for setting up all hardware and ensuring said hardware is connected to the network.
• Resolve technical issues related to computer, system and/or network interruptions
• Coordinate with 2nd and 3rd tier teams to ensure timely resolution of complex end user technology issues and incidents to ensure meeting agreed upon service levels
• Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution
• Supports senior domain administrators with trouble shooting of day-to-day domain issues.
• Organizes current documentation of all equipment under operational control.

Base Pay Range: $24.02/hr. - $40.03/hr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
