  • Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
  • Supervise, coach, and support junior audit staff in their daily work and professional development
  • Manage a portfolio of 15–20+ concurrent audit engagements with varying complexity and deadlines
  • Perform audits across a range of industries, including commercial and nonprofit organizations
  • Execute audit procedures using modern audit software and digital tools
  • Collaborate closely with internal tax and accounting teams on integrated client work
  • Maintain regular communication with audit leadership and provide progress updates
  • Stay updated on auditing standards, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting audit practices
  • Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring strong audit expertise, leadership capability, and adaptability to technology-driven environments. You should have:

    • Active CPA license in good standing
    • 5+ years of audit experience, ideally within a mid-to-large accounting firm
    • Proven ability to independently lead audit engagements end-to-end
    • Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
    • Strong knowledge of audit methodologies across multiple industries
    • Familiarity with audit tools and software (e.g., AuditFile or similar platforms)
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
    • Adaptability and openness to AI-driven and technology-enabled workflows
    • A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn new tools and systems
    • Benefits

      • Fully remote work opportunity with international team collaboration
      • Exposure to advanced audit technologies and AI-powered tools
      • Opportunity to lead multiple high-impact audit engagements
      • Collaborative and supportive team culture
      • Career growth opportunities within a scaling, process-driven environment
      • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards
      • Flexible work arrangements aligned with workload cycles and deadlines
