Working alongside Cloud solutions consultants, project managers and customer success managers to deliver customer projects across numerous industries which deliver immediate ROI and a strong development foundation for the client moving forward and helping them on their development journey.

Working alongside our global Cloud development team there is an expectation to interact and participate in continuous improvement discussions shaping development best practice, standards and project delivery design.

We provide commitments to our clients to make sure they are enabled at the right times within their development growth efficiently and successfully.

Requirements

▲ Lead project development teams working on client and internal automation projects.

▲ Accountable for quality of automations and client experience on aligned projects.

▲ Develop and share development best practice with customer, partners and rest of Blue Prism organization.

▲ Enablement of internal teams and rest of Blue Prism organization.

▲ Participation in new product release testing and enablement.

▲ Contribute to sharing automation configurations on the Blue Prism Digital Exchange.

▲ Client and partner Knowledge Share workshops (not just the Blue Prism application but also the wider Blue Prism products and Cloud platform.

▲ Build and support team building automation which are delivered to time, budget and agreed specification.

▲ Quality Assure peers automations.

▲ Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing and defect resolution.

▲ Identification and development of internal automation opportunities.

▲ Participating and/or overseeing of multiple development projects simultaneously.

▲ Participating in identification, development and testing of any new Blue Prism Enterprise/Cloud products and features.

▲ Interact and participate in discussions shaping Cloud development Guidelines (Standards and Best Practices) and automation designs.

▲ 3rd line customer support for Cloud customer automation issues.

▲ Facilitating training and mentoring of junior developers.

▲ Reporting to Automation Team lead and managing project delivery milestones and ongoing workload.

▲ Cloud client project delivery

▲ Cloud client ongoing enablement

▲ Cloud internal project delivery

▲ Continuous improvement of Cloud best practice, standards and designs.

Competencies

▲ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a development role.

▲ Experience with the Blue Prism software

▲ Strong client-facing skills, with proven delivery experience.

▲ Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

▲ Ability to be adaptable and flexible working in a fast-paced fluid environment.

▲ Ability to work as an individual and part of a team.

▲ Strong written skills to create/update client and internal documentation.

▲ Strong verbal communication skills for internal and external use.

Preferred

▲ Experience of leading team(s) of developers.

▲ Remote working experience and collaborating with remote team members.

▲ Knowledge of Blue Prism technical infrastructure

▲ Programming/Development experience of any of the following (C#, Java, JavaScript, Web Services, HTML or Net)

▲ Relational Database experience with any of the following (SQL, MySQL, or Oracle)

▲ Knowledge/Experience using OCR solutions within Blue Prism.

▲ University or equivalent degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering or related technical field.
