• Technical design and development of automation framework for large core product and functional components

• Perform requirement and design analysis and prepare functional, regression, automation and performance test specifications, test cases, and test data

• Conduct product validation test execution, develop test plans and test strategy, report defects and generate test reports

• Establish an automated test environment for UI and non-UI testing

• Review test cases and automate as much as possible

• Train team members on test automation and drive adoption

• Execute testing for new and cutting-edge products

• Work closely with application development, architecture, and infrastructure teams for automation, performance testing and application analysis initiatives to define success criteria

• Collaborate with product management to triage defects and conduct product beta testing and showcases with stakeholders

• Establish and evolve formal QA best practices, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.

Who You Are

• 6 to 8 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation. Preferably in a product organization.

• Java programming experience along with "Rest Assured" is mandatory and should be currently hands on.

• Test Automation frameworks experience (such as Junit, Selenium, DBUnit, TestNG)

• Proficient in developing automation frameworks for web and database applications

• SQL experience and comfortable writing database queries

• Expertise in writing use case and test case in TDD and BDD framework. 

• Proficiency in Playwright for cross-browser web automation testing

• Exposure to Linux and SQL and flexible to work on manual testing if required.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and technologies, including databases, web, web services, and reporting

• Understanding of quality assurance and testing processes using SAFe Agile.
