Senior Automation Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

Hands on Automation test script development using Rest Assured, Java, TestNG, Cucumber, Maven.

Working with all the scrum team and collaborating

Performing test design and test case writing as and when needed

Performing test execution manually and automaticall

Logging defect, retesting, and closing as needed

Performing test execution manually and automatically • Logging defect, retesting, and closing as needed. • Very good in Automated Testing (Rest Assured, Java, TestNG, Cucumber, Maven), able to work on Test plans and detailed test cases. • Very good individual contributor able to handle the deliverables independently and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Should interact with offshore and client and handle the project single handedly. • Should have exposure to Agile project (Sprint end to end execution). • Work with team throughout the sprint. • Good to have Retail concepts and business knowledge. • Good to have API testing concepts. • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

Must Have Skills

REST Assured • Java • Cucumber • TestNG • Maven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

6-9 years of experience in Automation Testing

Work Authorization
