As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will:
  • Be a key member of an Intelligent Automation team that evaluates operational processes, designs and delivers Automation solutions to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Design, develop and deploy RPA bots and automation workflows to meet business objectives.
  • Engage business and technical stakeholders across the organization in the execution of automation opportunities.
  • Play a significant role in Operational transformation by evaluating latest technologies, designing and implementing “state of the art” solutions to improve member and client satisfaction.
Must have skills:
  • 3+ years of hands-on Robotic Process Automation experience on Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or similar platforms, with a demonstrated track record of building bots that successfully run in production.
  • 5+ years experience as a software developer.
  • Experience writing code to interact with APIs, including experience using Postman or related API integration and development tools.
  • Experience writing SQL in order to join disparate data sets.
  • The automation mindset and approach with ability to break down complex manual processes in defining and implementing RPA solutions that improve user experience and scale operations.
  • Proven track record of building resilient, maintainable code using exception handling and thoughtful design.
  • Communicate clearly up, down and across teams with a collaborative approach.
  • Team player that can work well with technical and non-technical(business) colleagues.
Plus if:
  • Experience with Healthcare/health insurance operational process automation.
  • RPA certifications in Automation Anywhere (preferred), UiPath or similar.
Our Existing Tech Stack 

Our backend services follow micro services architecture written using Java and Spring; we use cloud services (AWS). Collective Health stores data in a set of PostgreSQL databases and utilizes Python & Spark for large scale data workloads. We have both Angular/template-based models and React-driven architecture for our front end.
