Senior Automation Tester in .NET

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Tester in .NET to join our team at a leading financial services company.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role as a senior tester within the Test POD, committed to delivering top-quality results through automation testing for cloud-enabled, independent applications and systems.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Create test traceability matrix, strategy, plan, procedures, cases, log, automated scripts, and results
• Implement testing solutions aligned with SCRUM and AGILE SDLC models
• Execute various testing methodologies such as Regression, Functional, Manual, Smoke, Integration, API, Contract, System, Compatibility, White Box, Black Box, Performance, and UAT
• Engage in all SCRUM ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and daily SCRUM
• Ensure the quality and on-time delivery of features and capabilities as per the product roadmap
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and technical SMEs for testing and automation
• Assess client's business needs and requests with high understanding to ensure critical solutions
• Ensure accountability for the assigned project/task delivery and conduct quality checks for work delegated

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer, including 2 years in the Financial Services/Insurance domain
• Proficiency in .NET and open-source technologies
• Skills in creating and implementing testing solutions using SCRUM and AGILE models
• Extensive knowledge of test methodologies and software release cycles
• Understanding of WebAPI, REST, and HTTP protocols
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Exposure to Azure Technologies
• Competency in CI/CD principles and familiarity with DevOps work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and persuasive skills
