Anaplan is looking for an outstanding SENIOR AV ADMINISTRATOR to join IT Operations in DALLAS, TX. This is a stellar opportunity to operate at the highest levels in a highly visible, large-scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position. Your Impact

As a member of IT Operations, you will have the opportunity to work directly with Anaplan’s executives, coordinating heavily with the IT Operations team and the Communications team. You will partner heavily with Executive assistants, IT Engineering, Security, Workplace Services, and other areas of the organization when needed.

Your Qualifications
  • Take on the role of coordinating directly with Communications, IT leadership, and Workplace Services on a wide variety of events
  • Collaborating directly with C-level executives to ensure and provide an excellent Audio Visual experience both at physical and virtual events
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (First, Second, and Third shifts depending on business need)
  • Being a champion for all AV maintenance, reporting, documentation, and support globally
  • Act as the global escalation point for AV technology troubleshooting
  • Manage and provide direction to AV install projects
  • Provide IT Support when needed to end users
  • Training IT Staff on AV standard processes (it takes a village!)
  • Possessing relationship leadership skills and acting as a central point of contact between the customer and other teams within IT Operations and Engineering
Preferred Skills
  • 8 years of related Audio Visual experience
  • Experience with a wide range of AV technologies, heavy coordination / project management skills, and a customer first approach with a focus on end user experience
  • Background in the latest technology systems and devices, such as; Apple products and associated corporate Apps i.e. M365 Mobile, Zoom, VMWare, InTune, JAMF, O365 especially calendars and room resources
  • Outstanding knowledge in AV Systems including but not limited to Zoom, Crestron, Neat, Cisco hardware, QSC, and Shure systems.
  • Familiarity with new and emerging technologies such as OBS, Vimeo, Youtube Live
  • Supporting in-physical office troubleshooting and AV support C-level executives conducting companywide meetings for a seamless employee experience
  • Experience with live event coordination a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% over the next fiscal year
