Senior Backend Developer

We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer, that will be a vital part of our dynamic remote team. Your role is instrumental in building and scaling our mobile apps within the health and wellness vertical.

• At least 8 years of experience working in a similar role
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience developing applications using frameworks such as NestJS and Express
• Knowledge and experience with Docker
• Experience with Non-Relational (Redis, MongoDB) and Relational DB (PostgreSQL)
• Strong knowledge of DDD and Hexagonal Architecture
• Experience developing and scaling RESTful APIs
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, writing tests, and adhering to best practices in software development
• You have a keen interest in testing culture
• Experience creating efficient real-time systems using Pub/Sub models
• Experience contributing to the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance, and reliable systems
• Proficiency in working with git and gitflow
• Knowledge of software security standards, threat assessment, and secure programming methodologies
• You are a strong team player, being part of an agile team, actively taking care of team culture and the product value towards our customers
• Our company language is English, so you should write, read and speak it fluently

Desired Skills

• Experience working in Product Team/s focusing on delivering value
• Experience working under Agile frameworks/methods such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, etc
• Experience working in a performance marketing product
• Experience working in e-commerce
