This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a next-generation, AI-native Digital Asset Manager within a fast-moving, remote-first environment. You will architect and implement scalable backend systems, distributed processes, and APIs that directly enable customers to manage digital assets efficiently at enterprise scale. The position emphasizes high-quality engineering, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on problem solving to address emerging customer needs. You will have ownership over well-scoped projects, contribute to technical strategy, and mentor teammates to elevate engineering quality. • Architect, design, and implement scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed tasks for managing digital assets
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to define and deliver high-value functionality
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability through thoughtful design and testing
• Leverage AI tools and modern frameworks to enhance system capabilities and engineering impact
• Own the definition and delivery of well-scoped projects that align with team goals and deliverables
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical tradeoffs, and overall team direction
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and mentor teammates to elevate engineering standards
• Participate in engineering citizenship, including knowledge-sharing, code reviews, and team initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying complex web applications with high-quality, performant code
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Skilled in modern web technologies, including Node.js, Typescript, React, Express.js, MongoDB, HTML, CSS, and associated tooling
• Experience designing and evolving complex web systems balancing scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Strong debugging skills across multiple levels of the stack and production environments
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Playwright, or Cypress
• Experience contributing to cross-functional teams in an agile, iterative environment
• Strong collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing abilities
