As a Senior Engineer at Maven, you will:

• Collaborate with engineers on other teams to gather feedback on pain points
• Build improvements to our development environments and build/test/deploy cycle
• Improve engineering wide processes and documentation for technical onboarding
• Drive measurable impact on velocity and happiness across all of engineering

• You know what a good development system does (and does not) look like
• You enjoy interacting with and helping our customers (fellow engineers!)
• You take pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment where expertise and responsibility is shared with teammates across disciplines.
• You have a passion for good test coverage and always automating

We're looking for you to bring:

• Experience building tools for other engineers
• Experience with tooling or improvements to any of the following areas:
  
  • Unit tests, end-to-end tests, or load testing
  • CI/CD
  • Local environment configuration (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Debugging tools
  • Monitoring and alerts
