About the Team

The Web3 Staking & DeFi team at Fireblocks is looking for an experienced Backend Developer to help drive our growth in the digital asset space. In this role, you’ll work on integrating new staking protocols and developing native crypto products, allowing customers to earn rewards on idle assets and experience seamless interactions with DeFi solutions like swaps. Our team collaborates with prominent industry players to deliver innovative and integrated experiences on the Fireblocks platform. What You’ll Do

Your role will provide you with challenges that include designing architecture at scale and researching new blockchain technologies.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Experience in researching and integrating new technologies.
• Experience in writing code in Agile, CI/CD environment, k8s.
• A security-oriented approach and mindset.
• Experience working with NodeJS
• Frontend experience - Advantage.
• Experience working with C++ -Advantage
• Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency - Big advantage
