Global Benefits Analyst

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical, strategic & "hands-on" associate that has shown success with completing multinational projects in a fast-paced global matrix reporting environment.

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities of our global benefit and wellness programs and vendors such as our Employee Assistance, Long Term Incentive, Insurance Brokerage, and global benefit administration system. This includes:
- Effectively collaborating with external vendors on all aspects of program administration, management, issue resolution, and program optimization
- Partnering with Human Resource Business partners worldwide and other internal stakeholders to ensure programs are utilized to the fullest potential and are compliant
- Continually evaluating processes to optimize efficiency and build standardization
- Maintaining records and documentation of work processes and decisions
- Support the Global Total Rewards team with the design, compliance and alignment to Vonage’s benefit philosophy
- Support ongoing benchmarking efforts to ensure that benefit offerings align with market practice and that costs are managed to optimize the employee and employer value proposition
- Participate in broader initiatives and other benefit projects depending on the workload demands of the team and the skills/interest of the candidate
What you will bring
- Experience in a multinational environment with direct experience in corporate benefits or benefits consulting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Analytical skills and experience, including proficiency with data analysis
- Hands-on approach and willingness to be involved with both strategic development and tactical implementation
- Ability to collaborate and work in cross functional teams to drive solutions
- A global mindset while also being in tune with local context and best practice
- Self-motivated; ability to work on your own with strong follow-through
- Knowledge of or eagerness to learn Microsoft Excel and Google collaboration tools skills
