About the Team
You will have the opportunity to build and update Miro's benefits while directly impacting the growth of a world class team and product. Working alongside our Head of Global Benefits, you will help drive benefits best practices for our company while providing strategic partnership and communication to employees and cross-functional teams like People Operations, Finance, and Legal. You will be responsible for administering and analyzing Miro's benefits plans that directly impact our employees' experience and help them navigate our offerings.

As Miro scales to 2,000 employees and beyond in the next year, we need an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst within the Total Rewards team to ensure all enrollment, materials, systems, and processes are streamlined and organized.

What you'll do
- Partner with the Head of Global Benefits and Total Rewards team to support, analyze, and configure the life cycle of the benefit plan renewals, including project management of timelines and activities like new vendor, carrier, or program implementations, contract amendments, and plan documents
- Build solid partnerships with the Total Rewards, People Operations, Legal, Payroll and Finance teams to support the administration of all company-wide benefits
- Conduct analyses and market research to ensure that our benefits program is competitive in the industry
- Develop communication programs and office hours around benefit offerings for the company to generate employee engagement and understanding
- Partner with the People Technology team for the Workday implementation in providing necessary data and process information
What you'll need
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration at a global private or public high tech company
- 4 years of experience with LOA programs, self-funded plans, reconciliations, as well as federal laws and regulations of health and retirement benefits
- Comfortability running global open enrollment and planning sessions.
- Experience with process ownership and vendor communication, bringing projects to completion with little oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to translate quantitative insights to non-quantitative audiences
- Advanced in Excel/Google Sheets and proven ability to build and maintain insightful reports
