In the role of Senior BIM Specialist, we'll count on you to:• Perform non-routine and complex building mechanical drafting assignments requiring application of standardized drawing techniques• Work independently with occasional advice from your supervisor• Coordinate systems with civil, architectural, structural, electrical and controls disciplines • Demonstrate knowledge of procedures for production of design developments and construction documents, and a thorough knowledge of engineering planning, drafting and detailing• Conduct field observation of mechanical systems• Direct efforts of less-experienced BIM Technicians as needed• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience• A minimum of 5 years experience in the field of MEP design• Requires experience in mechanical drafting of all phases of the construction documents, mechanical drawings on BIM from engineering sketches and instruction• Proficient in Revit MEP • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm • Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
